"Friendly helpful front of house staff greeted us on arrival and helped us out with parking and booking our dinner reservations at Bloody Mary's. Our room was warm and our beds were wonderfully comfortable. The shower water pressure was amazing. A great place to stay, so handy to the city centre."

"Overall a pleasant stay, a couple of things needed fixing in the room (not caused by us), I informed staff upon check out. All staff we encountered were all very helpful, polite and smiled readily which made our stay more pleasant. Just one niggle - we felt for the price of the room the king bed mattress type was inferior, it was a cheap spring mattress we experienced partner disturbance throughout the night so not ideal. To match the smartness of the amenities, and decor down below in the bar and restaurant, the Crowne Plaza really should look at upgrading the mattresses to pocket spring for a more comfortable nights sleep."
