The pool was ice cold and they had no heat. The staff continued to have issues with us being in the pool and complained about the children having fun. Dinning staff were perfect! The breakfast was great!
Got there at 4:05 and was told there are no clean rooms yet. Had to wait 45 mins for a room. There were a ton of kids at the property for a tournament, needless to say you could hear them all night long acting up. Walls are paper thin, did not get much sleep. Couldn't wait to leave, money wasted. Please don't waste your money and go stay at a better property.
The property is getting old. The air conditioner unit runs like a rant and goes on and off due to the temperature control. There is no option to keep the fan on with air conditioning therefore, you can choice either no heat/cold and ambient sound. It is very annoying. As of the gym, two out of two treadmills are out. Not too much option.
Smiles and happiness everywhere. I walked in to check in and saw Mahogany, from my last visit and she recognized me. She had a big beautiful smile and gave me the biggest hug. I said last time I was here, I gave you and Zondra a great review and she thanked me and said it was posted on the mirror in the room near front desk. Mahogany was leaving for the day so I met Kristen. Kristen had a beautiful smile and helped us check in and was very professional and happy. That goes a far way to a customer. While on the elevator, we met Manuel. What a sweetheart he is. He was so nice and his smile was wonderful. We LOVE this hotel. We LOVE all of the happy employees we’ve met. You are hiring all the right people. Keep up the great work!!!!!
The customer support was really good, the accommodations were standard. It was really helpful to has RSG bar and grill next door, I ate all of my meals in that location.
There were no USB ports in the room for charging devices and their TV was not able to use my streaming services (not smart TV or accounts compatible). For the Hilton I would expect better tech.
The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The pool was over chlorinated and unable to swim in. That was a big disappointment due to we met military family from out of state and we’re looking forward to hanging out by the indoor pool.
Quick and easy check in. I received a $25 charge on my card and I'm not sure why. We left at 4:30 A.M so we did not partake of the breakfast and did not use any amenities. So be wary and check your card for erroneous fees.

This property served it’s purpose as an overnight stay on a long ride home.
Hotel was very clean with friendly staff. Room was clean with comfortable bed. Although the hotel charges for breakfast, the breakfast was good with enough choices. Overall, it was a good experience.
