"This is a nice location, with a great view on the river. Good parking space. House features three upstairs bedrooms but owner usually rents only two at a time. Only one small bathroom on the second floor, functional and very clean. Only negative is the dirt road leading to the house. The day we were there, a grader scraped the road surface to even it out, but it rained right after, turning the road into a mud lane."
