"Awesome breakfast, room was clean and warm and a quiet location however the shower over the bath was not the easiest to get in or out of and no grab rails to make it safer, plus the glass screen didn't close properly so a lot of water went on the floor - another safety hazard. Not ideal having the flush button directly behind the seat lid which meant having to close the lid to flush."

"We really enjoyed staying for 2 nights here. The room was big, have all the amenities we needed, very clean, peaceful and staff was very helpful and friendly. The location has great views of the mountains and very close to the hot pools and town center (less than 5 minutes' drive). The tavern/ restaurant has a very nice setting, perfect style/ deco for my husband who is an avid hunter. The staff were friendly and food was reasonably price and very yummy. We really felt relaxed even just staying in our room on the first day and explored the surroundings and town center the next day. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hanmer Springs."
