"The place itself is Good and the room was clean. The place itself feels safe, with security walking around at all times. It is also walkable distance to a few eateries, arcades and restaurants. My children enjoyed the pool. My only complaint would be that they told us the pool closed at 9:00 p.m. but by 8:00 p.m. they had kicked everybody out of the pool area. There is also no Jacuzzi "

It would have been helpful to have had access to the pool areas, which were unavailable due to “inclement weather”. The challenge with that is that there is very little else to do with kids when you’re staying in a hotel, so some thought about how to keep the pools open in the rain would be valued. "
