I was very pleasantly surprised at the renovated rooms. It felt very clean. The entire property felt clean. No interaction with staff due to the convenience of the check-in kiosks!

Palms Place
No room service in the part of the Palms Place. No late check outs available when needed for a conference call. Not impressed at all.
