Reported this to front desk but there was nobody available to service it because it was a Saturday. I request housekeeper and the room was not serviced. I requested the next night and again it was not serviced. "

"There was no WiFi. When we arrived the line to check in wrapped around the entrance. We waited our turn to check in when we were told the TVs are not working either."

"Quiet, clean, friendly staff, enjoyed 2 1/2 mile walking track around Ohio Nothern Univ just a few steps from hotel. Nice clean fitness room. Ground floor with windows. Campus Security vehicles visible. Campus felt safe and well maintained. "

"The breakfast was very good and the attendant could not have been more friendly and attentive. After having to leave a different location due to power outage we chose this hotel for the pool for the children. After checking in we were told the pool was out of order. This should have been noted on the site. Overall a good stay, but can’t give 5 stars due to lack of communication."
