"Staff were helpful and polite on check-in and out. Room was cosy with heat pump on for arrival - fantastic as it was a cold afternoon. Beds were comfy and well made with super clean linen. Bathroom was modern with fresh towels and ample lighting. Parking on site was ample and away from the busy street below. Would stay there again in the future."

"I had a wonderful stay, the building is very charming and clean, as was my room. the Bed was comfortable. I appreciated how easy check in and out was. There were a couple of small maintenance issues with my room (a wall lamp that did not work and the sliding bathroom door was off its hinges) but I mentioned them to somebody at breakfast the next day and she said she would be happy to pass the message along. I do think advertising as free parking is slightly misleading when the parking is available on street and only free on weekends and outside of working hours, but it did not impact my stay which was on the weekend."
