"Front desk female upon arrival was not too friendly. Pillows were very old. Parking was terrible. Ticket didn't work and we needed to call the parking attendant to let us out. Super inconvenient We were also given a room on the third floor which didn't feel good since it was near the conf rooms"

"This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I was in Boston for a conference at Harvard and would normally stay at the Newbury but tried this for convenience. It felt like a luxury hotel with the service and the fresh design. "

"I made a reservation through hotels.com for 4 people to stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The room I booked was listed as a studio suite on hotels.com and clearly had two queen beds and a sofa bed in the picture on the booking website. When I arrived, I was placed in a room with one queen bed and one sofa bed. This size room does not accommodate our family. When I went back to the desk to request the room size we originally booked and paid for, the staff member insisted I would have to pay an additional $40 a night ($80 total). I contacted hotels.com 3 times trying to get support with this issue and received no help. I also spoke with 3 different staff members at the hotel and emailed the manager trying to get this unfair charge reversed, and no one was willing to do so. The customer service at this hotel was terrible, and given the negative experience with the staff I would absolutely not recommend staying here. "

"It was a nice clean area. Staff were nice but my friend and I didn't expect to get 1 queen bed and a pull out of sofa as the 2nd queen bed. We saw it was supposed to be 2 actual queen beds. Besides that it's a nice area and easy to get to"
