"Easy to find and park. Very quiet as the Haast village is very small. The Red Antler pub is a good food option - just dont have the grilled fish. A small supermarket onsite in case you need supplies like milk bread or even a beer"

"The A frame was very clean and cosy. There are no bathrooms in the rooms, but there is a sink. You have to walk to the common area to use the toilets and showers. We weren’t comfortable using the showers. The cafe was amazing. Great food and service. I would definitely recommend staying there, but just be aware the bathrooms need a little updating. "

"we really enjoyed this trip, jack and his crew were absolutely fantastic and the food was so so good (thank you Chris!). we saw penguins and seals and the hot tub was brilliant at night listening to the owls and birds. due to the rainfall during the night the waterfalls were absolutely epic the best we've ever seen. the cabin was clean and the beds super comfy so we got a great nights sleep. we got the tender out which was great and everyone enjoyed the kayaking and swimming. the whole trip was so enjoyable, absolutely 100 % would recommend "
