The property was great, unfortunately they stuck us right above the pool which was being repainted. the fumes from the resin were making us sick. They put a sign in the lobby the day the pool was being worked on to apologize for the awful toxic smell. No advanced warning whatsoever. Thankfully Franck the front desk attendant was able to move us to a better room farther away from the pool. He was the bright spot at this place and the only reason I give it 4 stars. He was very helpful with everything and even gave us some great tips on where to go to see some authentic villages. Thank you Franck , you made the trip great!

I love this hotel I recommend!
I like this hotel , every year if I want to visit CannesI stay in this hotel , clean, safety , free parking, good staff, good location. Hotel has swimming pool Kids will love it , hotel has security Gate . Also Hotel has kitchen.

I like this hotel really I will stay again because friendly helpful good location, clean and close to Cannes , also it has 1 big swimming pool, free parking with gate open with password, this hotel like apartment you will find everything. I recommend this hotel for family.

For the buffet breakfast we propose a wide range of products : French pastries, cakes, fresh bread, 4 different jams, honey, Nutella, yogurts, ham, cheese, fresh fruits… We are sorry if you could not have fresh fruits, it must have been a delivery problem because we usually have some every day. Very clean and in a nice area. Small but cute. House keeping not included (you have to pay extra for housekeeping) and for some reason you have to tell them you'd like to have breakfast the day before even though it's a buffet and it just sits there. Kind of awkward service but overall would recommend due to location and cleanliness.

We are not a traditional hotel, we are an Appart-Hôtel which means that you are renting a flat for a few nights to be totally independant, so cleaning is not included in our services, only on request with a supplement. Also the breakfast is a buffet but we ask to reserve the day before in order to have the right amount of food prepared and avoid throwing away. Nice apart hotel in a pretty part of mougins . Very helpful & friendly at the front desk. We had issues with our air con & they handled the situation very professionally - impressive customer service esp for France which can often be a little lacking in that department. Safe parking, well maintained property with nice pool area & very clean throughout. Bakery 5 minutes walk.

Good value, Self catering and enough Free Parking. Had some maintenance issues with room but handled well by staff and management. Wifi was not working properly during my stay and was unfortunately not fixed by the time I left. Will stay again if Wifi and maintenance issues are attended to.

We were pleasantly surprised with this accommodation. Very clean appartment with an extra large sofa bed and a nice kitchen. Central to a lot of surrounding areas especially since we had our own car. Accessible parking. Wonderful lobby and pool area and very good breakfast. The only suggestion we have is better WiFi connectivity in our room. It was very good in the lobby.

Receptionist could not direct us to the hotel inspite of the fact we told her we were at the exit of a major motorway from Cannes. Our GPS/Maps did not work.

Convenience apart hotel
Close to the city of Cannes and the Provençal towns. Ideally situated in a quiet area and easy to locate off the highway and city. Rooms are simple. Cleanliness could be improved, dusty on ledges and under the bed. Balcony was nice although a roof would shade and keep the rain off to enjoy. Kitchenette had all supplies. Dish soap would be helpful so you wouldn't have to purchase as a traveller. Asked for towels after 3 days and front desk said there would be a charge. Asked on 4th day and front desk said we usually charge in the summer when the pool is open-but it is winter and shouldn't be a problem and brought fresh towels. (I don't think a guest should have to ask after 4 days! There is no housekeeping until you leave which was also odd for an 8 day stay). Also had to ask for a refresh of toilet paper twice as no one refreshed the room. Breakfast was included, small continental, same fruit for the first 4 days ( 2 apples and a string of grapes not fresh) mini croissants depleted by us, there was one less everyday from what we had consumed the day before. Buffet seemed to be replenished on Friday when more guests were checking in. Cold cuts were stale and started to smell 'off' by end of week.

Lovely apartments!
Lovely apartments. Really chilled and relaxing place. Enjoyed the pool. The old town of Mougin is beautiful but there is not much around the apartments so you need a car. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. The only suggestion I would make is to have more comfort in the lounge of the 2 bed apartment and a pack in the kitchen with few basics: small washing liquid, sponge and few more dishwashing tabs.

Way overpriced. Comfortable and cozy is not about this place. Used up room with visible water damage and corresponding stuffy air. Ok for one night stay, not more. Receptionist very welcoming, however one person that has many duties, and as the result customers have to wait.

Really friendly and welcoming Hotel
I stayed in this nice hotel whilst traveling on business, visiting an exhibition and conference in Cannes. Although slightly out of town the location is lovely and still convenient for my trip. The hotel had only just opened and despite a couple of teething problems the Hotel owner remained helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would happily return. It is clean and finished to a high standard. Too cool for the pool this last week but I'm sure that added facility will be even more lovely in the hotter months. Good value for money

Overall, this is a genuinely impressive establishment to lodge for a few nights. Its proximity to the highway is a notable convenience, yet surprisingly, no vehicular noise permeates the apartment or the pool area. The apartment provides all the expected amenities, satisfying our requirements flawlessly. However, we encountered an issue with a poorly secured glass door in our shower. Given its instability, it wasn't safe for family use, especially with a child. Luckily, the apartment also included a hot tub and an additional shower, offering a useful alternative. The reception was informed about the faulty shower door, and we earnestly hope they rectify this issue for future guests. Despite the aforementioned problem, the hotel is a highly commendable place to stay. It offers cleanliness, tranquility, private parking, a securely gated area, and a multilingual reception. Given our positive experience, we would certainly consider returning if we were to visit Nice again in the future.
