Staff were friendly & super accommodating, from arrival to departure. Experienced a lovely welcome arrival from the reservation team. The concierge team eased my excursion planning. All the restaurant staff were awesome, from breakfast to fine dining. Even looked forward to my wonderful housekeepers who would leave extra chocolates at turn down service. I had my Bluetooth speaker stop connecting & maintenance came a replaced it on the spot. The spa was amazing. The beach & Mountain View is unforgettable. They helped to facilitate our transit to and from the island, advised on and booked our excursions and answered all of our cultural and tourism related questions. Corrine is a superb and elegant chef. Every night we enjoyed Michelin star three course dinners with lovely company. Frédéric infuses the best.rums on the island, all with Tahitian vanilla, and various other fruits from the property. Every morning, a gourmet breakfast was delivered to our bungalow. The hotel staff was nice with us from the first moment to the last, making sure to track our flight was on time. Special mention as well to the water activity company over the road - we had our first jet ski class and enjoyed daily kayak trips!"
