"Wouldn't wait a second to do reservation for the next time"

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It was clean, safe, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was particularly convenient for our Motor Valley trip, making it easy for us to visit the places on our itinerary. We also enjoyed having a restaurant at the hotel, as well as being close to several local restaurants nearby. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily choose this hotel again."

"Great hotel ! Friendly staff, breakfast is perfect"

"Excellent location and host."

"We arrived quite late and it was a little difficult to find in the dark, but our hosts were able to come out to meet us at the gate. The hosts were amazing! We arrived as guests and left after 4 nights feeling like family. They are wonderful. The breakfast was home made with more variety than we could wish for. Best breakfast we have had in Italy! If you are wanting to stay in the Modena area, this is a great place to call home for a few days. Hosts are 11/10!"

"Staff"

"Convenient location with a great staff."

"The owner of the property was an absolute delight to talk to! The breakfast she personally put together was done very well and was very fresh! We enjoyed the history of her property and her husband with their collection of antique items on property. The history of their business was very interesting to listen to. The room was comfortable and well appointed as well and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in."
