Beautiful building in a leafy suburb a short walk from the old town. Riccardo was very helpful and friendly. The website doesn't highlight the limited check-in times very clearly. We arrived after 8pm and Riccardo arranged for our keys to be in a lockbox which worked well. There is gated parking at the property. Our private bathroom was across the main entrance hall which was a bit weird. That's only the case for Bedroom 3 - the other rooms are ensuite. Definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, returning to the UK on 30th October. The hotel truly lives up to its five stars. Everything, from the room, the restaurant, the facilities are excellent - however there are two things which really stand out: firstly the staff - they are amazing. They will do anything to help and they do it with a genuine smile. This applies to the lovely gentleman who opens the front doors, to the reception staff, to the breakfast staff. Secondly, don't miss breakfast!!...

The hotel had a fantastic location and the staff was always super helpful and quick to respond to any request. Breakfast was very tasty and varied and the coffee simply delicious. The room was super clean and very comfortable. Ferrara is a good place to stay if you also want to visit other places like Verona, Bologna, Padova, etc.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It was close to the centre, which made exploring easy. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at this hotel, it is super clean. Having not too many rooms makes this hotel intimate and extreamly pleasant. My only issue is the location as I was on business and I found it a little too far from every where. Best advice is to definitely hire a car to really enjoy your stay there. The staff are absolutely wonderful and they like to say yes .

Very close to railway station and a short walk into the centre. Staff very friendly and always had a smile. Not a lot of tourist information about but we used free wifi to do our own research. Very clean, modern, well designed hotel. Room had all amenities including drink making facilities. Not much of a view over internal area, but that was the only negative. Fantastic location just off Piazza Maggiore, very friendly staff, comfortable room with amenities. Can't fault it really.

Centrally located near lots of great bars and restaurants. Lovely clean apartments and well equipped. Do read the information in the kitchen. All the wine left in the fridge and kitchen is chargeable if you did not book through their website. Would have been nice to be free for all guests. Also ensure you use the shower mat when stepping out of the shower. The bathroom floor when wet is like an ice rink and unbelievably slippy. Nearly had a nasty fall.

The attention and helpfulness of the staff. Very friendly, efficient and courteous. Everyone in the hotel "did their bit" including the staff who cleaned the rooms. Excellent! Would thoroughly recommend.

We wanted to stay in a non touristic city and Reggio N’ell Emiligia sounded great. We were not disappointed. The city is small and very walkable with lots of lovely restaurants and alfresco bars in the streets surrounding the hotel. It was great visiting the museum about the founding of the Italian flag. We appreciated the safe parking for a small fee. Luis was fantastic, sorting out the car emission permit, helping park our car in the garage and giving recommendations for dinner. He was...
