I always stay at Harrahs. Being g 80 it's easy to get to 2 or 3 casinos that are close. Checking out was a pleasure because the young lady was so pleasant ans fast. The Checking ?? I had a flight change was getting im late so I made a call to let the hotel know. Also asked if possible to get handicap. When there the young man said no more handicap but for $30.00 he could upgrade me. I said no. He said he would give it to me anyway. Wow how nice right. I got the same room I had the last time I was there. No upgrade I would hope this doesn't happen to us old folks often. I still love staying at the Harrahs I just have to be on top of things
