The self check- in process was quick but impersonal. We waited a while for our room and upon arrival it had a few issues. After calling a few times and finally requesting the manager, we were moved to the Towers which were much better. He was extremely kind, understanding and responsive to the issues and I was very impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. Accessing Mandalay Bay was easy for a show we saw by using their covered walkway and Uber and cabs were readily available for transport elsewhere.

It was a cute little hotel right on the beach
