"I stayed one night with my wife who is using a wheelchair. This hotel was recommended by our son and was in all aspects perfect. We had a huge room with a balcony overlooking the river, absolutely no problem with the wheelchair, and an excellent breakfast. We could park just a few steps from the building. In summary : excellent value for the money."

"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Ein traumhafter Ort, märchenhafte Natur, weit weg von der Welt und doch in der Nähe einer diskreten Gemeinschaft von Menschen, die Abenteuerliebhabern ein besonderes touristisches Projekt bieten und wertschätzen.
