"This hotel was located right at the main station when coming in from the airport which was great after a long day of travel - it was also an easy tram ride to anywhere we wanted to go in Vienna once we settled in. She was incredibly kind and helpful and gave us great advice for our adventures in the city. She patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we checked in. She truly made our experience exceptional.
