Difficult to find fault with the hotel or the staff. Very clean and our room on the first floor was quiet and superbly furnished. Despite arriving late in the evening due to a flight delay our check in was quick and informative. Food in the Sans Souci was very good and again all of the restaurant staff were attentive and extremely helpful - we ate in the restaurant one evening and had a very enjoyable meal.

Great hotel in great location with great staff. Used as a base for Christmas Markets and it was perfect. Loved every minute of our 3 night stay - but it is quite expensive !

From check in till check out we had the most enjoyable experience. The staff is very friendly and we got upgraded to a Grand Deluxe Room which was huge. The amenities are of a very high quality. Small details such as a shower with all electronic controls were very sophisticated. Housekeeping ensured a lovely turn down every day. Concierge and reception staff were very friendly and informative.

When we arrived at the Imperial Hotel we were expecting grandeur, history and to be impressed with the building itself (all of which are present in abundance). What we also got, most unexpectedly, was the warmest and most sincere welcome from the outstanding staff, from the moment we were greeted at the door to the time we reluctantly had to say ‘farewell’. Lovely clean hotel with a delightful aroma on entry and helpful, Friendly Staff. Breakfast was excellent and offered a real variety. Main shops a 20 minute walk away.

Front desk that check us in is very polite and personally escort us to the room and send our baggage up and showed us some of the surprises that make us fall in love with the hotel. 4 complimentary bottles of wines, free non alcohol minibar stocked daily, Jura coffee machine, bang&olufsen tv system and welcome chocolate with a personal hand written card. Impressive, quiet location with easy access to major sites of interest. The pleasant ambience of the hotel was matched by the obliging staff. Our bedroom was clean and comfortable and the bathroom likewise. All this and in a city of great interest and beauty too! We would have no hesitation in recommending the Beethoven Hotel to anyone.

Great hotel a 5 minute walk and your soon downtown with all its wonderful offerings , the hotel is in a great location and really is well maintained with a great eye to detail throughout the building . Staff couldn’t do enough and always projected a true can do attitude . Would have no doubt in returning ..until the next time Thank You .

Loved this stylish boutique hotel. Decor great and staff superb. Very convenient for Hofburg, cathedral and Vienna's many art galleries. Next door to a certain well known Viennese cafe.

A friend was staying in the Wombat Hostel close by (she said it was also a great place to stay & praised it to the hilt) so I needed somewhere close by. This Holiday Inn fulfilled all my needs. I had a quiet 3rd floor room at the back, not much of a view but I didn't expect one. The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke English well, thankfully! The breakfast choice was excellent and the hotel very clean. I stayed six nights and would happily stay there again.

Really lovely hotel. Quiet, central location. Very close to all local transport & cathedral square. Good quality restaurants close by. Hotel staff were really welcoming and helpful. Great location near Danube, which is great for walks or run. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. Tastefully decorated.
