"Had never been to Mostar or B&H before but staff made our stay so easy and comfortable. They couldn’t do enough for you in an entirely unassuming way. They were like family friends by the end. Location was perfect for strolling around the sites and rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast up there with the best. Brought to your table with widest possible range of options to graze on. "We lost our key card and they charged us 10 euros also they don’t clean your room every day they said they don’t come around each day and I had to ask for it to be cleaned no basic amenities in the hotel no iron had to pay for ironing pool Was also very cold when we asked for it to be warm the next day they said it is and it will be however it wasn’t "
