"The hotel was modern, clean and in a great location. Super convenient if flying out from Domestic or International airports as it's right next to Green Square station. On the day of checkout we realised we had left our son's cuddle toys at the hotel and were unable to return as we were flying out that morning to South Korea. I contacted the hotel and spoke with Bikash who went and searched the room until he located the items and called me back straight away to confirm. He arranged for the items to be returned to our home address and provided follow-up again upon our return home. His kindness and willingness to help was really appreciated and the most positive customer service experience I've had in a long time."

"The Resort is in an ideal spot for travelling to downtown Sydney with Green Square Station a minutes walk from the front door. The train service is excellent and only 4 stops to Central Quay. There are plenty of small restaurants nearby and a Metro Supermarket a few minutes walk away where you can get everything you need, so no need to pack a load of cosmetics etc in the suitcase. The rooms are well equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. The rooms are serviced but the staff are great so if you need anything all you need to do is ask!"
