"Perfect location and good hotel. We had a fantastic view of the Porta Nigra. The gentlemen at night and in the morning who worked at the front desk were amazingly friendly and helpful, the older lady with glasses not at all friendly."
"This is a lovely little hotel about 5min walk from the train station and 1 min from the epic Roman Remains, pedestrianised shopping/eating area. The location was perfect and the lady at Reception was lovely, very helpful and knowledgeable about Trier. We both slept well on the comfortable beds. The shower room was great, good water pressure. This is a good old fashioned hotel - there is no WiFi in the rooms but there is in the lobby. (But there is a telephone and landline in the room!!)"
"On arrival, we thought the hotel looked clean, well maintained and welcoming. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, we were taken to it by a staff member which was nice as most hotels you need to find your own way. The pool area was spotless and very well laid out.
