"I was very mishandled and not at all accommodated for the inconveniences I experienced. My room was not up to standards set at all. I was given a room with dirty glasses, a flooded shower and multiple other problems. When I asked for a room change they moved me to a downgraded room, which was not what I asked for and thought they would give me a partial refund but was sadly mistaken. Overall my stay was not good. "

"The hotel was NOT what we expected. When we got there we had to wait a bit to check-in which was understandable but when we got to our room there was dust everywhere on the furniture. Barely any of the amenities were available. No room service and only 1 restaurant open. Now the food at the restaurant was good but that’s the only good thing we enjoyed. The indoor pool was down for service repair which was another disappointment that we thought we’d get to enjoy. The staff were ok but they weren’t very welcoming. Overall I would not stay here again. "

"This property is a joke, if you are drug dealer or hooker its a perfect place for you. Dirty, filthy, outdated, roches, bed bugs and so on. The worst places I have been in my life. I booked this motel for layover in Philadelphia for my conction flight next day. It was huge mistake. First of all there was no shuttle bus service from airport like they promoting on website, motel look like from horror movie. We went there by taxi, we got the room, room was so dirty I asked to get a different one, the different one was even worse because of dirt and bugs everywhere. We called a cab to take us from there, to different hotel. I booked in mean time Sheraton and we spend our night there. The front desk guy from Motel 6 said he will refund the money but this never happened. "
