"Nice room, reasonably large, but basic stuff. Interior corridors on 3 floors. Walking distance to the pretty bay and little shops. Breakfast was pretty standard for mid scale hotels. Parking was available and free, and a Tesla destination charger was a happy surprise. "

"Room smell like cigarette smoke and also musty. Maybe taking the carpet out will eliminate the horrible smell. I’m a non smoker so it was gross. I went to the store to buy carpet deodorizer and Lysol to mask the smell but it didn’t work. Maybe I should have asked for a non smoking room. Other than that it was nice. "

"Our stay here was absolutely amazing. Check in was easy. Morgan assisted me with my check-in. He was informative and concise. Our room was spacious, clean, and the view was so nice. Will definitely be coming back to 456 when I visit Morro Bay again. "

"The view was amazing! Just a hop, skip and a jump from all the shops. The owner was very friendly and super sown to earth. My family and I were very impressed with the room. Unlike the other places we've stayed at, Avalon Inn didn’t have people at all hours of the night making noise, running up and down the hall, etc. I would highly recommend this place. Definitely worth the price. We're definitely coming back!"
