"On the first day we were there we tried to shower in the afternoon but there was no hot water, we called the front desk and were told to let it run for a few minutes, we did that and still no hot water. "It was a surprise to us that parking was not included. Furthermore the garage we had to pay to park in had trash strewn about and very moldy smell and scary feeling. Our view on the 3rd floor was a large parking lot under construction with bright lights at night. No light blocking shade was provided in the bedroom."
