"The room was clean and on the 1st floor and I was able to park car in front of my room window. Bed was comfortable and sufficient comfy pillows. Loved the zero walk in shower with handicapped bars on 3 sides. Room was large and comfy with Refrigerator & ice maker close to the room. Breakfast was typical Coffee, juice & waffles but scrambled eggs & sausage and biscuits also available, which was a pleasant surprise. "

"Clean room , friendly staff, easy safe parking. Overall we liked the place and since we travel to the area often we will be back! We have family in the area and have been traveling to Joliet for many years without finding "the One" hotel but this is it!! "

"This location needs some TLC lots of updates needed. The surrounding area has lots of homeless people walking around and orchard not feel safe."

"The kitchen door was propped open with large cans of sausage gravy! Yes, that accurately describes our visit in a nutshell. The property appears to be on the decline, with lots of patches and holes in the walls, black mold on the ceiling, and a general sense of disrepair. "
