Lovely calm and peaceful hotel set in beautiful vineyards. Very comfortable room (slightly overdone air con), great service and good breakfast. Easy location to get to lots of destinations of interest. Highly recommend.

Lovely people who greeted us and very accommodating. Cooked a full breakfast for us and helped us with every request.

Beautiful old property in lovely well kept gardens. Helpful and kind host. Tasty breakfast package and great bathroom. Good coffee and even a glass of Port was provided.

We arrived close to midnight from Europe, the instructions to get in were easy to follow and it took us minutes to access the apartment which was very roomy and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful, thoroughly recommend.

A great location with comfortable bed and pillows, also a washing machine and outside line, great. Superb correspondence from owners.

Good clean room and quiet well insulated

This guest house is really quite special. Great position walkable to shops and beaches easily. Very pretty front main house. Sweet (though pretty small) motel rooms. But great communal space. Terrific kitchen, very nice eating areas, gardens, BBQ's, fire pit and communal spaces. Nice pool and tennis court. If you want to go somewhere where people are very friendly and it feels more like a commune than a soulless hotel, this is the place for you. Not what we expected exactly but a really lovely...

Very good value, although the room was a little "tired". Convenient for getting to centre of Melbourne by train - station 10 mins walk away with frequent train service. Staff very friendly and helpful.
