"The pool was down for maintenance and I was not informed when I booked. This may have been Expedia’s fault. Free breakfast was advertised but for some reason this was not a part of my room package. The hallways smelled like marijuana and the room smelled cheesy. I listed 4 people for my room but they only gave me 3 towels and when I asked for more I was informed that they ran out."

"Loved having the large Kitchen. We saved money by preparing some easy meals. Wish there was streaming TV offered. Beds were very comfortable "

"Hotel was horrible, rooms TV didn’t work, tub chalking moldy, bathroom door uneven, door locking system horrible, floors dirty, requested a room with 2 queens and wasn’t available bcz of a supposed leak, accommodated us with two separate rooms which were in horrible conditions, in one room ac on and couldn’t shut it off. Floors uneven other rooms were noisy by slamming doors during night, one room as you walked by it a dog barked, the bathroom door had a hole with a bad plaster job. Room smelled of cigarette. Definitely not a safe hotel stay amd won’t be staying at any Wyndom Ramada’s"

"Originally got a good rate than charged extras checking in and made it more expensive beware of ownership they try to rip you off any chance they get"

"This is advertised as having a pool. The pool was closed for scheduled maintenance. No one alerted us to this. Disappointing when the purpose of the stay was the pool."

"Bathroom sink did not drain well. Blackout shade did not close all the way. Room should have more than one electrical socket."
