We really like that our room have a washer/dryer. Very convenient. They also provide detergent. The hotel is very close to Gotanda station. The welcome drinks and 24/7 coffee/tea at the lobby were a plus.

Staff was friendly. Room was very clean & room cleanings were great. Highly recommend this hotel. My husband & I traveled with our two teens so my only con of the space was with no draws and a few hangers, there was no room for our luggage’s and clothes. Other than that, everything was great!

This property is conveniently located in Shibuya. Walking distance to Shibuya crossing, Hachiko’s statue and Shibuya station. There are also a lot of dining and shopping options surrounding the hotel. The hotel staff are warm, friendly, and very accommodating. Our room was always clean, and towels are replenished daily.

部屋からの景色は素晴らしい。ただ、この時期は暖房しか使えず、外の気温が17度前後でも日差しが入ると室温はかなり高くなり、エアコンが使えないのはかなり厳しい。私達は窓を開け、部屋のドアまで開けたがそれでも部屋の中は暑くて、そこがかなり残念。
