"The location was excellent -- so close to shopping, restaurants and a beautiful temple. The service was exceptional! Every single staff member greeted us every time we entered the lobby. They were so helpful with directions, suggestions and even umbrellas when it rained. The breakfast and the afternoon welcome drink were also wonderful! So many fresh and delicious choices in the buffet! We looked forward to the afternoon welcome drink daily -- the drink choices appealed to all our cravings and the view was spectacular! We were even fortunate enough to get a free origami lesson!"

"The hotel is a great refuge to go back to from the craziness of Shinjuku or Shibuya. Be warned if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage the rooms are on the smaller size. I had an oversized suitcase which took up a good portion of the room. The neighborhood seems very local and not as congested but there’s still so much around."

"Great hotel with hot spring . Very chill! Breakfast buffet is top! You must try and include in your reservation. Only downside is far to metro. 10mins average. But If you plan to stay in Asakusa area during your stay . Then it’s perfect."

"Excellent hotel only one train stop away from Disneyland station. (Maihama) The hotel is connected to the train station itself via a bridge so made it super convenient. Buffet breakfast and dinner was amazing too!"

"Great location to attend Disney parks and the free shuttle bus right from the door was great. The hotel is right by the train station and shopping centre so it's excellent for convenience. The room was nice and very clean though a little outdated. We had a room with the giant tub overlooking the city. The view was amazing and worth the extra after a long day at Disney. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Clean room. With the window closes it was very quiet. Great location. 1m walk away from the action but it's not right at the hotel which is nice. Nice place. Breakfast buffet was pretty good."
