"The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "

"best for young travelers who don’t mind being on a slightly noisy street (the rooms also have VERY thin walls, so you hear your neighbors, but that didn’t bother me). incredibly clean and modern. the only thing was the shade in the bathroom didn’t close, so the toilette was viewable from the street, i just hung up a towel to cover it and it worked just fine. overall great stay. felt very safe as a solo female traveler. "Very cost effective for Zurich. It is walkable from the train station, if you are willing to walk just over 20 minutes but transport is good also. Only downside was we were only provided one pillow each which was a little uncomfortable but overall it was a good place to stay."

"It is as advertised. Room for 3. We got a 1st floor room with minimal view. They have 3 washers but they are busy all the time. Have a few appliances to cook food if needed. Would have appreciated small coffee pods since the grocery store nearby is closed on Sunday and closes early Saturday at 5. Also be prepared to take a bus to town for all activities."
