There was another guest who had been given a room that was dirty and supplied photos. The front desk clerk agreed to a refund as he didn’t have any clean rooms. It seemed as though they didn’t have staff. I did see one person cleaning near the desk but the front desk clerk kept leaving to go check on rooms himself. He was gone for extended periods. "
