Flying with a Cessna upon the Okavango Delta in Botswana, where the river spreads out in the savannah and never reaches the sea.
During the dry season, when the water level is low, you can see all the tracks made by the animals - mainly elephants and hippos - and spot them from above!

To get a good photo of an hippo is no easy task!

My favorite place anywhere in the world I've been! Peace & Tranquility in the middle of nowhere surrounded by African bush and the potential for visits from wildlife. The locals were great! Beautiful Botswana!

Amazing hospitality. The staff went their way to make our two day honeymoon memorable. The welcome was fit for royalty, the accomodation simply defined luxury, the food very good. There was an array of excellent activites, topped by game drives, canoe excursion. Would love to return
