Great location. Off Centro but not too close

Es un lugar tranquilo y bonito. La limpieza es excelente. El personal muy amable. Lo recomiendo mucho porque puedes llegar a pie al centro, ya que está a solo cuatro cuadras. Incluye estacionamiento a media cuadra y desayuno continental ¡muy rico! ¡Seguro que me volvería a hospedar ahí! Solo hubo un pequeño detalle en la pared, tenía un poco de deterioro pero nada que afectara nuestra estadía.

Lo que sí me gusto: se encuentra muy cerca del Centro Historico, por lo que se tiene al alcance los distintos puntos de interes caminando. Asimismo, hay cafeterias, restaurantes, etc. El personal del Hotel es muy amable y cuentan con folletos de los Tours disponibles en la ciudad. Lo que no me gusto: La habitacion es muy pequeña y, en consecuencia, se siente uno amontonado, cuenta con Tv pero no da acceso pues nunca sirvio el Internet ni para telefono, menos para la TV.

En general de las mejores opciones para descansar

Habitaciones confortables, limpias y sanitizadas, la persona que nos atendió por la noche al realizar el check in muy atenta; en general ubicación, habitaciones y servicio excelentes con solo dos puntos que a mi parecer pudieran mejorar: no había aire acondicionado en la habitación y el horario del estacionamiento que solo es diurno.

No pudimos entrar con carro había un tráfico terrible a unas cuadras porque estaban arreglando las calles de alrededor y al llamar al hotel porque yo tenía que salir temprano a las 6:00 de la mañana me dijeron que no podía sacar mi carro si lo metía al estacionamiento hasta las 7:00 de la mañana Dejé perder mi dinero porque yo tenía que salir a las 6:00 de la mañana si hay una emergencia no puedes sacar tu carro ya que es pensión y hasta las 7 abren me di la vuelta y me regresé a mi casa

En general fue positiva mi estancia.

Las habitaciones son amplias y tranquilas. El aseo de las mismas lo encontré aceptable la primera noche más no impecable. En la segunda noche mejoró considerablemente. La cama es amplia y muy cómoda. Sábanas y toallas limpias y en buen estado. El desayuno incluido que ofrecen es muy simple y pequeño aunque los alimentos fueron buenos y en buen estado. Comparando con desayunos que ofrecen en otros hoteles de la zona aún de menor precio éste se queda unos escalones abajo ya que he encontrado hoteles que ofrecen alimentos similares bajo la modalidad buffet (ya incluido). El personal es atento y amable.

Excelente opción en el centro de Morelia

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a unos pasos de la Catedral de Morelia. Tiene varios patios, lo que le da mucha iluminación natural y un ambiente de privacidad a cada habitación. El internet falla un poco, pero el personal es muy amable y reinician su antena cuando uno lo solicita. Delicioso el desayuno. Se descansa muy bien; los servicios (agua y televisión por cable) funcionan perfectamente. Todos los de la recepción son muy amables, de verdad mi estancia fue muy placentera y espero regresar pronto.
