Rooms being renovated, not all renovated, not clean, had various little roaches in restroom. Sheets on bed did not fit had exposed mattress. Rooms had a smell not pleasant.

Mi baño estaba sucio, las sabanas olian mal. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba nada. Quiza si revisan esos detalles pueden hacer del hotel un gran sitio.

The room have poor lighting.desk lamps have been removed, not a trash can in the room, no amenities, bath towels are very old. Also you can clearly hear noise and voices from other rooms. Upon arrival there were no soaps, towels or a friendly reception.”

Good but they don't respect the reservation
First of all I requested a delux room with king size bed.. when I arrived I went to the Main desk. They couldn't find my reservation quickly, so I wait for a while until they found it. They said that they found it so they gave me the key. My surprise was that was a regular room with a full bed. That is not what I paid.. I was so tired so I didn't say anything and went to sleep

Big bathroom and room. Had to ask for water. Sheets don't fit bed so it didn't always cover both of us. One garbage can in the bathroom No Kleenex. Soap and shampoo provided. Quiet enough and clean. Walking distance to medical appointments. Across from a walking park.. Nice restaurant in hotel.

La recamara estaba en muy maltratada vieja, suicida y en mal condiciones y exigió un reembolso por lo sucio y mal condición de la recamara y vieja

Price was good whether i stay here again? Probaly not. Across a park and close to downtown. A little run down door wise. Otherwise no wear and tear. Has a underground parking garage and restruante.. i have never had the recetionist fill out my personal information most of the time it's computer generated or hotel staff fill out information. Not here.

The receptionist was extremely rude they didn’t honor my reservation I requested a king size bed the just gave a a regular two beds room, because she said someone came and requested and they give priority to direct customers rather then online. The rooms smelled like cigarettes and humidity the a/c was Dusty and noisy.

It’s a walk away from the main shopping area and night lights. The room was spacious and clean. Bathrooms and towels were very nice. The staff kind of looked at us like we were not good enough to be there. Kind of an uppity place. But treated us just fine.

the worst hotel I ever stayed
the hotel is old no upgrades were done I receive a closet size room very disappointed. would not stay there and would not recommend anybody do.

😍 we love this hotel! been here ten nights, but have to leave today to go to the beach. hope we are able to get such a great place around the same price in Ixtapa, but i doubt it. everything here has been perfect!

Alright hotel in Morelia. We always had to ask for clean towels, as they were not left in the room. Wifi is also spotty so plan accordingly if you need Wifi.

Barking neighborhood dog, maybe they shoul talk to the neighbors if it wasn't for that dog, I'll still be asleep, next time I'll ask for a room close to the lobby

Front desk attendants they was rough we ask for a key because we loose it they say no you already have extra. My husband came early they don't let him go inside the room he ask to open the door they say no. When my doughter and me show up he was outside of the building waiting for us to open the door😡is very sad we have already 10 years staying in this hotel and always feel like my home @ this time i feel sad we are not staying no more in this hotel 😪. The cleaning person was so nice she was very polide and helpful.

Very out dated. Need some new bed covers. Room didn't look anything like the pictures on the site. Buffet was good tho. Not so good of a location too much noise and walls are very thin

Issue at check in. They did not have my reservation that was made through orbitz weeks in advance. They were able to accommodate our needs but one of the rooms was so small it felt like you were in a closet . The hotel was economically priced so I was not expecting too much however the rooms were clean the staff was friendly and the rest of the stay was without issue. One weird part was that we had to get our electronica keys reprogrammed every day of our stay after 1 PM. They stated it was for our safety .

A few things but solid
Found them in my room even with do not disturb sign but after telling them they didn't do it again. The park / area is very dangerous after dark. Great location to my gf's school. Clean and comfortable.

Great location across from the park. Free underground parking right next the the elevator made taking bags upstairs easy. We chose this hotel because it was one of the few in the area which was pet-friendly. They charged 250 pesos per night per pet (not 200 as displayed on this site). Friendly staff, room was adequate.

Nice Hotel
Very nice hotel. The staff pretty helpful Nice location. Family friendly Place clean in every aspect I had have stayed in different hotels in Morelia. And so far this is the only hotel I would recommend
