Casa dulces sueños.

La reservación, la atención del personal y las instalaciones todo muy bien, la limpieza del cuarto no fue la mejor, los pisos estaban sucios y no había papel sanitario. escuchan todos los ruidos de los demás huespedes cuando entran o salen.

My friend's wedding.

The hotel was very clean, the service was not great. The consierge was not very explicit with the services. We did not get our breakfast tickets until the last day. The hotel location was in the downtown area. Although the check in was 3 pm and she let us check in at 1pm.

Centrico. Cama y almohadas cómodas. Limpio. Cuarto muy resucido en espacio. No cuenta con AC, solo ventilador. Desayuno incluido limitado a solo 6 opciones. Personal amable. Seguridad buena. Estacionamiento limitado el día domingo de 8am -10am pues se tiene convenio con una pensión a una cuadra y media del hotel.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas y muy encerradas, hace mucho calor dentro y no hay aire acondicionado, te proporcionan un ventilador de pie que no ayuda mucho. En el baño la regadera de muy mala calidad y se mojaba todo, además goteaba agua del baño de arriba. El desayuno bastante decente y la atención del personal muy buena.

Hotel muy malo empleados buenos

El personal es amable y se esfuerza. Pero las condiciones del hotel son muy malas, sabanas manchadas cuartos sin aire acondicionado.... 1 ventana y es interior si la abres por calor todos los huespedes que pasan te ven ahi hechado dormido. El cuarto es chico, no como en la foto todo blanco feo sin decoracion, la tv es de 15 pulgadas es como uns tablet pegada a la pared. Los baños son viejos y no hay presion de agua, tarda 36 minutos en salir agua caliente, los jabones son mas corrientes que los de un motel. La ubicacion no es tan buena esta como a 5 cuadras de catedral, no te puedes estacionar ya que esta en un callejon. En el desayuno el mismo que es de recepcion es el mesero y es botones y no me extrañaria si fuera tambien el de limpieza. El personal es bueno se esfuerza por que todo este bien, pero sencillamente no pueden hacer mucho ya que las instalaciones son muy malas, la cocina es un nichito atras de un mostrador de recepción que sea de paso la recepción es un sillón cafe manchado y viejo. Pague 1000 pesos extra por que me dieran la unica habitacion con aire acondicionado que esta en 3 er piso sin elevador y aun asi estaba muy mala. Podria ser sin problemas un hostal o una pension pero un hotel no es... esta mejor que acampen en un parque que se queden ahi.

El servicio del personal fue muy bueno. Para quedarse a dormir la estancia en el hotel estuvo bien. El desayuno fue muy bueno, sólo que a las 10am ya no había algunas cosas. La regadera del baño salía muy rara el agua, como fue solo una noche lo reportamos al salir. La observación que vi fue que la taza del baño no estaba del todo limpia. La tuve que limpiar con papel y agua. En lo demás todo estuvo bien. No es u hotel de lujo pero para dormir esta agradable

Buena ubicación

El hotel bonito y muy bien ubicado. No había agua caliente, tenias que bañarte a chorritos, no cuenta realmente con estacionamiento por lo que es incómodo. El personal trata de ser amable pero no se encuentra capacitado. El desayuno sencillo e insuficiente. El equipo de tv bien pero el control remoto no servia. Creo que el precio no corresponde al servicio ofrecido
