"Loved the location, the pool and the view! Lake facing superior room was the most beautiful view of the water over the pool. Front desk staff was not friendly and never greeted when you left or returned which for a 4 star hotel felt disappointing The rest of the experience was wonderful"

"It was certainly a beautiful hotel. It needs to be renovated. I was told that this winter they are closing down for a massive renovation project adding a lift and bringing the hotel up to par. The staff were excellent. The pool was divine, as was the general out door area and the bar was elegant but fun. Looking forwards to trying the renovated version. If travelling to see lake Como, it is a fair distance and generally a car is needed."

"Very nice hotel on the lakeside that i have stayed at before around 10 years ago & it didn't disappoint to return to, very nice helpful staff throughout the hotel, lovely location, nice room, great breakfast, great kids play room with so many toys,gym & pool area good,pinsa in the restaurant was amazing, disappointed to leave & so was my 5 year old great granddaughter who said we should of stayed 10 days. Great location"

"We stayed for one night as a family of three and were very happy to receive a free upgrade to a larger room upon arrival. Lovely and helpful staff, nice pools and good breakfast buffet, would definitely recommend for a family stay in Lugano."
