Moraine Cay Trip

Rooms were clean, staff were very friendly. Room cleaning wasn't consistent, had to make a few requests they forgot to restock towels and water. There's only one restaurant, which was quite good. The drinks were good value for the price and well mixed. The other is a cafe, and a very small/limited sushi bar. However, many many food options within walking distance. The beach and pools are very nice and maintained. Lits of sitting spaces in the sun or shade depending on your preference. The later afternoon guava juice os the perfect refresher after a day of walking or a tour.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Property was really well kept and clean. Excellent service. The pools were kind of empty and not super sunny for vacation lying out. Beach was kind of dull, not a lot going on at the pool or beach. Restaurants were good but very expensive.

Very well appointed condo. Views are incredible. Beach area is small but lovely. Infinity pool was great and perfectly heated. Wonderful pickleball and paddle court that’s surrounded by beautiful foliage and open 24hrs. Staff was helpful and accommodating of our needs for a late checkout.

The hotel was beautiful, however there were a few details that were overlooked and some water issues. The whole week we were there we did not have hot water in the shower and were told it was because of the high occupancy. There were also some basics in the room that were missing such as wineglasses, corkscrew and when we asked we were told there would be a delivery charge to get them. The bathrooms at the beach/pool that are shared with the Reef were out of order because they had low water. Garnishes on drinks were missing some days because they “ran out” and it often felt overcrowded with cruise ship guests. The staff however were very friendly and helpful.
