The staff are all so incredibly welcoming and Tiago who picked us up from the station was so nice. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Zermatt - Ps the hotel is in a fantastic location just a 5 minute walk into town. "

"We were exceptionally happy with our stay at Hotel Daniela. The room was a clean and comfortable blend of new renovation/modern amenities and Swiss charm. The spa was beautiful and well-appointed. Phenomenal breakfast with friendly servers. Great location that is a short walk to the city center and train station (though transit is provided by the hotel). Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again on our next trip to Zermatt."

"I wouldn't stay anywhere else for access to Zermatt. The hotel is impeccable. This year there is a new shuttle service to Zermatt. Immaculate vehicles with very friendly and very informative drivers. It made a huge difference to the shuttle train and less expensive."
