"Very helpful staff"

"Check in was late at night but staff were excellent and accommodating. Even changed floors so we could all be near each other. Clean, quiet spacious rooms. Breakfast great variety-only thing I’d say is if the vegetarian sausages could be more readily available. Housekeeping service excellent. If they could give enough water for the number of guests that would improve things-we were consistently given 2 water cans for 3 guests.. Location fantastic-all main sites and station within walking distance. Would stay again."

"Positives Great hotel, lovely staff, lovely clean room, comfortable nights sleep, coffee maker, kettles biscuits etc in room. Amazing breakfast. Downside Small blood stain at bottom of duvet cover, my husband told me not to call about it I do have a photo., I then decided to order room service 2 shandys and the Pina Colada dessert, when I took the cover off it was 2 scoops of icecream and some coconut no pineapple at all nothing like the menu description, I even took a photo as I I was quite shocked. I could not call room service to complain, as the phone in the room was not working I reported this to reception as I called to place the room service order from my mobile I should have gone to reception before checking out unfortunately we were in a rush. "

"Fantastic hotel. Had a small problem when I got electricuted switching my phone charger on. Spoke to the guy on reception who was absolutely amazing. Only reported it so it could be checked for the next people coming in. But our guy on reception went above and beyond to make sure we was ok. Bar staff also fantastic polite and just lovely people. Definitely be back to this hotel great service from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out "

"The staff were fabulous. We were put in a assisted access room. Which we did not request. Lamps did not work. Our aircon did not work unfortunately and so i had to request a fan at 3am as too hot to sleep. The maintenace team came to the room the morning after and could not fix the problem so we were moved to another room. The aircon in the new room worked, yet the tv did not. Again we had maintenance take a look and it was not fixed. At least we slept that evening. The rest of the stay was good."
