"Pretty good deal for the price. The bed was clean, shared toilet and bathroom were well maintained. It also had a coffee room with milk and biscuits. I wasn’t expecting much but the state of the room exceeded my expectations. And if u think the area is going to be noisy because of the pub downstairs then it’s wrong. It was very quiet after 19:30. Had a very good sleep."

"The whole stay , 4 days, was really good, clean rooms, nice and quiet, the staff led by Tania were really helpfull and friendly , couldn't rate there service any higher it was 5 star service,there meals were excellent"

"We visited in the winter; lovely cool weather. It’s obvious someone has a green thumb. I would love to the garden in full bloom. Even in winter the roses were fragrant and lovely. Stuart was a wonderful host, showing us the building, kitchen, our room with en suite. I love that shower!! Breakfast was laid out at 7 am for our leisure and even at 9 am (we had a bit of a lie in) was still warm and fresh. Centrally located for our travels, it was a wonderful stay!!"
