It is a pretty average hotel and in many ways way below average. The location is good and the views are breathtaking but the hotel itself is poorly maintained and the staff seem to just go through motions.

The Tall Trees Munnar
This is a lovely property. It’s quiet, the rooms are nicely furnished with good amenities, bathroom is great, balcony and living area all good. Room service and restaurant are both excellent. Service from all staff is professional, friendly, warm and helpful. I would stay here again, thank you.

Issacs Residency
They keep chargeable-if-you-use items inside the room which I have not seen anywhere else in the world. There are bottles of water, beverages kept in the refrigerator in the room, packets of potato chips : all which they said will be payable if used. It was a strange thing to notice. They should ...

Hilltop Munnar by Fracspace
Beautiful clean stay up in the hills. The staff were so attentive and kind and we had a very restful visit. They organised our transportation there and away and even planned sightseeing for us. We travelled for 3.5 weeks and this stay was an absolute highlight. Such a beautiful hidden gem
