The decor, the ambiance, the artistic details, the warm customer service, the made-to-order gourmet breakfast next to a wood-burning fireplace - all make this place so cozy and truly unique. Listen to the jukebox or play billiards in the inn’s great room. Or lounge beneath the heat lamps on its wraparound porch. You won’t be disappointed! "

"Bed was quite comfortable and the setting was in a beautiful neighborhood. Excellent proximity to Tanglewood. And host gave exceptional information regarding local eateries and things to do. I would have liked to have known at booking that the owner does not accept credit (as the hotels.com app allows for the appearance of down payment by credit). All was well resolved at time of arrival but more accurate information on the description at booking would be helpful and clarifying. Also this is more of a private room rental than hotel stay. Also well and good, though again, accurate representation via hotels.com description should make this more clear. All in all a good stay and would recommend for anyone seeking a very close stay for Tanglewood performances. "
