Amazing hotel and spa!

The hotel is the perfect place to come to for skiing (short walk to Eucherts ski lift). The highlight was the spa, which we used every day, has all you need (steam room, sauna, cold plunge and jacuzzi). Our room was spacious with lovely mountain views. Ski lockers were the best we have used, with specific places to put helmets, gloves, boots and skis.

The hotel is located 3-5 minutes from the Euchert lift. The ski locker is spacious and heated. It has special places for 4 helmets, 4 pairs of gloves and 4 pairs of skis There is almost no odor from ski clothes and equipment, which is unusual and certainly was a pleasant surprise! The junior suit where we stayed has distinct two rooms.The master bedroom a large size double bed (probably king size) and the on+suit bathroom. The living room where our 12years old slept on the double size couch, had another bathroom. We were totally independent and that gave a pleasant sense of luxury. The views from the room are spectacular and nice lounge chairs on the large size balcony accessible from both rooms were constantly used because the sun was always there. BThe facility is run very well.

A great place to stay for summer mountain adventures. We stayed 4 nights at the beginning of September. The hotel is wonderful. The only issue we had was that all of the restaurants nearby were closed for the season. And only a few in the town center (10-15 minute walk) were open. Other than that everything was great.

Another MGM Hôtels & Résidences property that doesn’t disappoint. Great condition and facilities. Marvellous view from a South-facing room with balcony, as well as from reception and from the restaurant. Super-practical ventilated lockers in the ski room. Super close to one of the main chair lifts. Special mentions for the lady in charge of service at the restaurant, for dinners, and for service at the Sport 2000 ski rental shop inside the building. Could be improved: maybe make the lounge/reception area feel warmer/cosier and equip the bedroom with a better coffee machine. Keen to come back.

A nice hotel next to the chair lift

The hotel was nice and the spa section was nice. We didn’t use the restaurants as they didn’t appear to be very child friendly. Reception were friendly but we did have a couple of things that let them down - a late night call to our room when our children were in bed and they booked our transfers to return to the airport at the end of the week that got cancelled and the only alternative they could offer was 2 buses leaving at 7am in the morning. Obviously not the hotels fault the taxi cancelled but we would’ve hired a car or booked our own transfers had that been a possibility. We expected more assistance in a 4 star hotel when we don’t speak French and the firm they’ve used let us down. We found our own taxi in the end that was much cheaper than they had offered so book your own transfers! However location was perfect and rooms were comfortable with fabulous views.

Vista dal balcone bellissima, tutto nuovo e curato. Molto bella anche la zona spa/piscina. Al nostro arrivo ci è stata richiesta una cauzione, sarebbe meglio specificarlo prima della prenotazione. Il personale un po’ troppo frettoloso nelle spiegazioni. Consiglio la struttura e sicuramente ci ritornerei volentieri!

Flot hotel beliggende i fantastiske omgivelser. Udsigten fra altanen var som et postkort. God plads på værelset, to værelser, 2 badeværelser, 1 toilet. Garage med god plads til bilen. Venligt personale. Dejligt spa/pool område indendørs - dog må må børn under 16 ikke bruge sauna/hamam hvilket vi ikke helt forstår. Morgenmaden var storartet med masser forskellige lokale og internationale retter..
