The room had bugs, the day I was leaving black ants were crawling out from under the carpet to the tile in the bathroom. Carpet was falling apart, room needed painting. The entry door on the inside was filthy. Maybe just wiping it down would of helped and might have saved being painted. The room needed updating, it was a hot mess!!!!

Room was dirty. There were coffee grounds all over the counter and somebody else’s food in the fridge. The bath tub was so nasty looking. Curtains had what looked like blood spatters. There was an entire panel missing from the ceiling and you can see straight up into the roof area. Worst of all though was that the wi-fi was real slow.

My room was in a separate building detached from the main building towards the back of the parking lot adjacent to an ally way. I was in town for a work trip, so needed to get some work done on my computer, not sure if it was the fact that I was in a separate building or just poor service but the WiFi did not work at all. The room was very old, everything is so outdated, seemed as if they tried to clean but the carpets were so dirty you could not tell if the room was cleaned, so much so you don’t even feel comfortable taking your shoes off. I booked three nights and checked out within the first hour after checking in.

It is what it is. Basically a run down property with little tomb allergies. But cheap and bed was fairly comfortable. Good for a cheap stay for a night.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We were deeply concerned about our safety in the room given the lack of working lack and the blood stain on the ceiling. This doesn’t cover the random holes in the ceiling, broken outlets, or the fact that the front desk was completely unbothered when notified of the issue

I've been a guest at this property for decades, and have seen it decline over the years. This latest trip was the absolute worst experience I've EVER had here or any hotel for that matter. It was filthy and in extremely bad disrepair... multiple broken doors, jams, locks/latches... non- working/broken lights... non-working bathroom fixtures/fans.... severe need of painting... the list goes on and on. The front desk attendant did his best to find me a room that wasn't MESSED up... as he went with me to try and find a room that wasn't acceptable, after my original room wasn't even serviced and was still how it was left by the previous tenants!!! I couldn't believe how many rooms we went through before one was barely acceptable... many rooms were status'd as being ready, but weren't...no bath towels, trash wasn't emptied, left over items from previous tenants, uncleaned toilets, etc. The place was a pig sty. Corporate management needs to do their jobs and correct this totally unacceptable property and it's owners/mgmt

i should have just changed accommodation when i arrived and saw the mold and cracked paint all around the shower, but i was taking a class and it was the closest hotel. the lock on the door was broken, it was dirty, very dirty. it was loud at night was woken up both nights. this morning i found a freaking bone under the bed and made my kid get up and get out of there, freaked me out. i thought wyndem was quality place. i am very glad to be out of there.

The room was extremely dirty, it reeked a cigarette, we found cigarette butts thrown in the pile inside the room, hair on the towels and on the beds, the bathtub had stagnant water and the bathroom extractor fan was useless and was hanging from the ceiling, the breakfast only includes stale bread and coffee

The room I had was disgusting, bathroom vanity was stained, very old and you didn’t want to set anything on it. Shower/tub area was cracked with hobs of caulking around it. Front door didn’t lock correctly. Find another place to stay.

It took changing rooms 3 times until we got into a room that the door closed. Bathroom only had 2 working lights, mold around the tub and the floor was so sticky our feet stuck to it. We had a table with 2 chairs we couldnt sit in as they fell apart. Breakfast was small muffins, a waffle iron and water, we asked if there was anything else and was told thats it. This hotel should not be allowed to use the Wyndham name.

The room was fine, very comfy bed. No mini-fridge and when traveling that is a must. Not well stocked, not even soap, but i always have some in a travel bag. Fairly clean, never fun to find other people's hair in the tub. The biggest disappointment was the complimentary breakfast was just waffle makers and little donut holes or muffins. Not a yogurt, or egg in site. Some of us can't eat gluten or sugar, so that was a shame. Great staff, very friendly and helpful, room was quiet and convenient for my business trip.

Heater/ac was so loud we couldn’t sleep. I found an empty whisky bottle under the bed. Most of the stuff in the room was wonky, broken, or just plain strangely rigged together.

Motel turned Hotel, not so much!
It looks like it used to be a motel. Rooms were dirty, I took a shower and the bathtub didnt drain beds were hard as rocks, people were slamming doors all night. The staff was unfriendly and when i told them the issues they offered me a cup of coffee, really?

The service was good and the rooms were clean (except for a small stain on the comforter). Breakfast left quite a bit to be desired. I went elsewhere the 2nd day. The hotel is very old and in serious need of an update. I likely would not stay again without knowing a remodel had occurred.

The building is older, outdated and could use some work but the overall experience wasn't terrible. Relatively clean. The staff was helpful (EJ - thank you) The breakfast was disappointing, we didn't have anything due to not being managed properly. Expedia was the worst part of my experience, I will not use them or any of their affiliates ever again. They embarrassed me by declining my credit card stating they input my information in incorrectly and my only option was to cancel and rebook with them or directly through the hotel which would increase my rate and I booked three nights and find this out at check in??? I ended up just paying cash and EJ was great!
