For ex. we had to make our own beds, and a bed sheet was torn/ripped, and we needed to clean up after ourselves to avoid a cleaning charge, which I didn't like on a vacation. There were dropped packets of tea around near our room. Also disappointed the restaurant was closed as we had intended to eat there. Surely we could have been forewarned. "
