Not a bad stay. Arrived super late. To find out my visa hit its limit. I was grateful that they a cash deposit until I could straighten things out with the bank the following morning , there was plenty of street parking..the parking lots may be equidistant however it’s a damn long walk for a senior with mobility issues. The rooms are small but comfortable. Personal preference for me is to access the tvfrom either the living room or the bedroom . A few wrinkles to work out to be 5 stars

Excited to arrive but when we got to our room it was super hot. Was told that there had been some problems with the a/c and only one central unit in apartment to cool the whole apartment. This is a two bedroom two bath. We explained that we were traveling with my brother-in-law that is a recent cancer survivor and he cannot handle the heat. We asked for a refund so we could find somewhere else to stay but was told we could not receive a refund. We were finally given a portable fan to put in apartment but still very hot as this was two of the hottest days in June that they have had. Very disappointed.

We particularly liked the location. But, we also liked the Customer Service at the Reception and on the 4th Floor. The lady was very kind, professional and efficient first with our checking in and also check-out. We would highly recommend this Hotel/ Appart accommodations. Check in was very easy and the staff was helpful answering any questions we had about the area. We loved the view from the balcony. The location was perfect for dining and exploring the local culture. GREAT accomodation.

For the amount of money we spent to stay (allbeit Grand Prix weekend, so the price of all accommodations is ridiculous), I would've expected more. The suite was clean but attention to detail is a must. There were several areas not vacuumed, the carpets were soiled, and suite showing some wear and tear that could be easily fixed. The check-in experience was smooth and easy, and the building itself was clean and well kept. Outside, there are many construction areas with uneven pavement (I'm in a wheelchair so it was a bit rough). Easy access to local food options and the Metro. We ordered in with no problem as well.

Stayed for 6 nights, first visit to Montreal. Great apartment and a wonderful view of the city. Staff available (4th) whenever required. Having a washing machine and dryer have never been part of my holiday wish checklist but it was so handy and nice not to come home with a bag full of dirty washing! It’s a 1km walk to the nearest Metro at the Bell Centre so just right. You can also take a pleasant walk of about 20 mins along the river and end up in the heart of Old Montreal. I enjoyed Griffintown - it was (luckily) a very hot week and so was nice to get out of the centre a little. There are some nice restaurants close the apartments and plenty of grocery stores. All the cooking options would be great if I had used them but I just stuck with the Nesspresso coffee machine and ate out. All in all I would highly recommend this place and Montreal was beautiful.
