Great choice for 2 couples to share - good location, easy walking distance to Old Montreal. We had a nice surprise to find our unit had 2 full baths! The unit is reasonably well appointed, however a couple of things could have been improved… (eg more chairs, enough coffee cups, etc). Downside: parking is included but is accessed a block away from the hotel entrance. Very strong perfume/cologne smell in the lobby… should be corrected.

Loved the location and the set up of room.Easy walking to many restaurants and vibrant street. Exposed brick was beautiful. Room was well set up and felt luxurious- great towels. Of note, the pulll out couch was not very comfortable.

Great location. Just a 5 minute walk to Old Montreal with two grocery stores within walking distance. Very clean apartment. Originally noticed some stains on bed spread after the first night but they replaced it. Front desk was vey responsive.

The Mercer is beautiful and in a great location between old Montreal and Downtown. A few items that could have improved our stay include more hand, face and kitchen towels. We only had one face cloth for 4 people and 4 bathtowels. We also had no bedding for our pull out sofa but we managed to track down bedding in the central cabinets on the floors. Overall, our stay was wonderful and staff at the front were very kind.

Excellent location, the room was extremely clean, staff was great, kitchen was great, amazing that there was laundry (washer and dryer) that were new and clean. The room was new, linen was fresh and towels were new. I loved like it was more than a just a hotel room but more of a suite.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The apartments have taken a battering since the photos were taken … the white sofa could do with a clean, floors are damaged and could do with a deep clean , no bedside lights or plug sockets by the bed. Was a practical place to stay and closet to old town.

This was our second year staying at the Mercer Boutique Hotel. We love the Mercer. Beautiful big rooms, well appointed kitchen, and very clean. The staff is marvelous, kind and very helpful and friendly. The beds are so comfortable. Looking forward to our visit next year.
