We had a busy schedule during our stay so didn’t use the pool or workout room, but the rooms were fresh, clean, and had comfortable beds. Great stay! Thank you
My only issue was the parking situation was a little unfortunate - hotel shares a lot with a restaurant so no parking out front of the hotel you need to park around back.
The hotel is clean and the staff is wonderful. We will not be staying there again because there is no soundproofing and can hear people talk in the hallway from your bed and people walking upstairs. We were also quite disappointed to find out the television was not a smart tv. No capacity to watch anything other than standard local channels. No Netflix, Crave, Firestick capacity. Not what we expected from Hilton.
The property is very good but by the time we arrived everything was closed and there was nothing to eat in the area. The rooms on the first floor are just remodeled and are at a 5 star standard.
I stayed 10 days at the inn in Brossard. I want to say it was a great time. From the friendly service from the front desk especially from Kimberly Swailes. She was so helpful and had such knowledge of how to get downtown by bus and subway.
We enjoyed the pool and the gym both were very well maintained. At breakfast in the morning kevin greets you with a friendly hello and a smile.
All in all it was a great trip and staying at the Quality inn was a joy.

The hotel needs a refresh. It is quite old in design and finishings. Wallpaper peeling in bathroom. Stained bathtub.
Hotel is in a great location, walkable, free parking and Wi-Fi (free and great speed). Upon checking in, they give you a voucher for a free breakfast. Room was spacious and clean, and so was the bathroom. Coffee maker (Keurig type), microwave and mini fridge. Nice size flat screen TV
Rates were fair, considering the location. Our room had two beds and each one had a spring mattress. Both mattresses were a little uncomfortable, as if they were worn out.
Other than that, we had a good stay.
Bathroom floor and cocking are stained and dated, need renovation or deep cleaning.
The carpets in halways smell and need replacement.
Wall papers are dirty and ripped off. Windows are dirty and dated.
In general the hotel does not smell and feel clean.
Disappointed with room. Had seversl noisy commercial airconditioning units outside room. Was told that this was all could have as we had booked through Hotel.com. If we wanted a better toom which we thought we had ordered we would have to pay an extra $100 pernight! We have stayed at this hotel for between 2 weeks and month every 3 years for past 12 years but never again. Poor service attitude on arrival, room was tired with wallpaper peeling off wall. Only good thing was a reasonably comfortable bed. We stayed twice in August / September. The first time was for 6 nights during which time the hotel would not service the room for the whole 6 days. On arrival it was clear the room had not been vaccumed. We had to clear the rubbish bins ourselves. The second time we stayed for 4 nights and we had to negotiate a room clean for the second night. Despite no or limited service they still charged to full room rate.
