Great location near the Bell Centre and within walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go downtown. Staff was friendly. The only thing I didn't like about the room was that the bathroom had no switch to turn on the fan? So it got really humid in there after a shower.

We choose the Novotel every time we visit Montréal. The location is within walking distance to shopping, dining and bars. Metro is also close if you need to venture outside of downtown. Garage parking is provided for an additional fee and gives us peace of mind knowing our car is secure. Very clean, quiet, comfortable, and the customer service is top notch. Highly recommend!!

Great hotel and fantastic location so close to the Bell Centre. My only issue was that it’s carpeted and that seems to have caused my allergies to flare up. Otherwise it’s was great. Friendly staff and great room service!

Clean and friendly hotel close to the train station. Hotel could use a bit of maintenance: our bathroom door didn’t close without a fight and our tub / shower didn’t drain fast enough. Otherwise, very pleasant.

Staff were great but the property itself was a disappointment. The website offered pay per view movies but that was incorrect. Casting from streaming services to tv didn’t work either. Tv connectivity wasn’t working. Room had peeling paint. Not even a complementary bottle of water. Only one outlet in bathroom so difficult for 2 people to get ready at the same time. Price for one night was $352 for 1 king bed. Expected more.

It can be challenging to be an English speaker in Montreal. Somewhat expected. When we first arrived and asked for how to get in and park the car and access the hotel, front desk staff were not friendly or helpful.’once we checked in though we had good service and especially so at breakfast the next day at the hotel restaurant.

The room smelled stale, and there were stains on the sofa. The sink drained very slowly, likely due to a partial clog. It was very noisy from the outside. Paid parking offered in-and-out access, but the entrance was blocked in the evening "because of the concert," yet they still charged the full parking price. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience

Nice hotel in the center of Montreal with good access to restaurants and shops. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with some hot and cold breakfast options. Restaurant on site was nice and staff were welcoming and friendly. I would stay again if I was in the area.
